Compressor problem
If the air conditioner blows warm air in cooling mode, you need to look at some details.

- thermal insulation of the cold track has darkened;
- noticeable oil leak on the outdoor unit.
These symptoms may indicate problems with the compressor. You can find out about them by doing an analysis of the compressor oil.
- The oil smells burnt and too dark, which means that the compressor is operating at its limit. It overheats when the air conditioner turns on for heating during frost or if there is not enough refrigerant;
- If the oil has acquired a greenish tint, there is water in the circuit.
In such cases, it is necessary to replace the oil, since its lubricating qualities are reduced, which eventually leads to compressor shutdown: the air conditioner blows cold air at the same temperature in any mode.
