How is coordination
With a simple replacement of the riser pipes, no authorization is required from the stop valves. If it is planned to transfer the risers of hot and cold water supply to another place in the apartment, coordination with the management company management will be required. To obtain it, calculations are made that allow you to perform work taking into account all the features of the building and communal utilities, and you also need a written statement from the homeowner. If there are several owners, everyone must declare their consent. All these documents are submitted to the Criminal Code and, if there are no violations of housing legislation, the transfer project will be approved.
When replanning, changes are made to the technical plan of the apartment. They must be certified by the BTI and the housing inspection or the appropriate department of the administration of the village.

- When the remaining water is drained, the old pipes are cut off with a grinder and a pipe cutter near the floor and ceiling.
- To the remaining ends connect smoothly curved knees that perform the functions of adapters. They will stabilize the pressure of water in the common house wiring.
- They are connected to the discharge pipes with a length sufficient to transfer the risers to the desired location. Bends will lie above the floor and under the ceiling. The connection is carried out by soldering, welding or threaded cutting. It depends on the material of the new highway.
- After fastening to the floor and ceiling, the bends are sewn into boxes or hidden behind floor, suspended structures. Sometimes they are hidden in strobes in the wall or in the screed.
- Install a heated towel rail, valves, filtration devices, connect plumbing - the same way as with the traditional replacement of risers without transfer.
When all installation manipulations are completed, a connection is made to the common water supply network.
